On 2026-04-28 the City Council certified the Environmental Impact Report (with a Statement of Overriding Considerations) and approved the Vesting Tentative Map and the Site Development Permit (H23-040, expiring 2028-04-28), subject to conditions. No building permit has been issued. As of 2026-10-03 the city's permit portal shows building-permit applications for the 108 condominiums (20 three-plexes and 12 four-plexes) filed 2026-07-29 and 2026-07-30 at "Estimate" status, and tract-map, street and grading folders (Tract No. 10711) filed in August 2026 and under review.
