Gavello Glen — 20202 Harry Road (county application)

COUNTY

Under review

Under county review; not approved, and the application has been ruled incomplete. The applicant filed a preliminary application on 2024-11-19 and a full application for 173 homes on 2025-02-12. The county found it incomplete on 2025-03-13 and again on 2025-06-26 (staff listed six missing items). On 2025-08-28 the county Planning Commission denied the applicant's appeal by a vote of 4 to 3, upholding the June 26 finding. In October 2025 the state Department of Housing and Community Development sent the county a "Notice of Violation" letter disputing how the county applied the state's resubmission deadlines. The project is still listed among the 28 Builder's Remedy applications in the county's 2026-09-17 report, which does not say whether it has since been resubmitted or deemed complete.
