1371 Kooser Road — Kooser Village / "Arcade" (former Chuck E. Cheese site)

CITY

Under construction

Under construction. The city approved the project through a streamlined SB 35 permit (MP22-014) on 2023-08-24, so there was no public hearing. The city issued a building permit for 191 apartments (valued at about $29.3 million) plus a parking structure on 2025-07-30; temporary-switchgear and solar permits followed in February 2026. As of 2026-10-03 the city's permit portal shows the building and parking permits still under inspection, with no completion date. The city's Housing Department reports construction started in 2025.
